The Stupidest Bike Lane?

Is this, in fact, the stupidest bike lane in America? Sadly, it at least doesn’t strike me as atypically stupid. It has to be in the same league as the line of white paint next to the nail-filled gutter that I’ve encountered on a regular basis over the years.
